XIEERDUO
This site is a catalog. Checkout, payment and delivery belong to our retail partner — here is what that means in practice.
XIEERDUO draws the patterns and the garments get made. Everything after that — the shelf, the checkout page, the payment, the van — belongs to our retail partner. You place the order on their site, they charge the card, they pack it and they hand it to a carrier. We never see your card details, we do not print the label and we cannot move a parcel that is already moving.
Cost and speed depend on the service you pick at the partner checkout, on your address, and on any membership you already have with them. Any figure we printed here would be a guess with our name on it, and a garment that ships free for one shopper can carry a fee for another on the same day.
| Question | Where it is answered |
|---|---|
| Shipping cost and delivery date | At the partner checkout, before you confirm |
| Tracking number | Their confirmation email and your account with them |
| Parcel late or missing | The order page in your partner account |
| Which size and fabric to pick | Here — that is what we are for |
The number reaches you from the partner as soon as they print the label. Carrier pages only wake up at the first physical scan, which can be hours later. A tracking link that shows nothing on the first evening usually means the parcel is still sitting in a collection bin, not that it went missing.
Delivery reach, including Alaska, Hawaii, rural routes and APO/FPO addresses, is set by the partner. Their address form tells you immediately whether a given item ships to you. An order that leaves two of their facilities arrives as two parcels on two days, with two tracking numbers.
Every price here is copied from the partner listing when we last checked it, and prices move. Treat what you see on this site as a guide and the number at their checkout as the real one.
