Frequently Asked Questions

The questions that come in most often, answered without the marketing voice.

Sizing and fit

I am between two sizes. Up or down?

Up, if the style is fitted — a ribbed cami, a body-skimming tee. Knits with two to five percent spandex give about an inch of ease and that inch disappears the moment you lift your arms. On a loose tunic or a flowy blouse, stay with the smaller size; those patterns already carry two to four inches of built-in room and going up makes the shoulders slide.

Do all styles go to 3XL?

Many do, not all. The size run is printed on each partner listing and it varies by pattern: some lines stop at 2XL, a few core tanks and tunics run through 3XL. Where we grade past XL the pattern is redrawn rather than scaled, so armholes and shoulder seams keep their proportion instead of stretching wide.

Why does the chart differ between two tops?

Because the charts are flat measurements of that specific garment, not a house standard. A woven blouse and a stretch knit tank with the same label size can differ by two inches at the bust and both be correct. Read the chart on the listing you are actually buying.

Is the length enough for leggings?

The tunics are cut for it, most landing between 28 and 30 inches from shoulder to hem. Regular tees and tanks are not; those sit at or just past the waistband.

Fabric and care

What are the tops actually made of?

Mostly rayon, modal, polyester and cotton blends with a little spandex. Rayon and modal drape and breathe, polyester dries fast and holds shape, cotton softens with use. The exact percentages sit on each listing because they change by style.

Will rayon shrink?

It can, in hot water or a hot dryer. Cold wash and low or no heat drying, and a rayon top holds its measurements for years. High heat is what turns a large into a medium.

Are the light colors see-through?

Lightweight knits in white, cream and pale grey are semi-sheer by nature of the fabric weight. That is a feature for layering under a jacket and a problem if you planned to wear one alone. A nude-tone cami underneath solves it.

How do I stop the neckline from going wavy?

Do not hang wet knits. Lay them flat to dry, or hang them dry on a wide hanger. Necklines stretch under the weight of water, not under the weight of wearing.

Ordering, payment and delivery

Do I buy from this site?

No. There is no cart here and no checkout. A product button opens the same top at our retail partner, and the order, the payment and the delivery all happen there.

Who handles payment?

The retail partner. Checkout, card processing, invoicing and refunds all run on their side. We are the brand, not the merchant of record, and your card details never reach this site.

How long does delivery take and what does it cost?

Both are set at the partner checkout and depend on your address and the service you choose. The estimate shown before you confirm is the binding one — see the shipping page for what sits where.

Is the price here the price I pay?

It is a snapshot from when we last checked, and prices move. The one at checkout is the real one.

Can I return something that does not fit?

Yes, through the order in your account with the partner, normally within 30 days of delivery, tags on and unworn. The returns page walks through it.

Something arrived faulty. What now?

File it from the order with photos, under the partner’s buyer protection. Tell us too if the same fault shows up on a style more than once.

My parcel is late. Can you chase it?

We cannot — we have no access to an order placed on their system. The tracking and the trace both live on the order page in your account with them.
