For anything to do with fit, send your bust measurement and the size you are considering — that pair of numbers answers most questions in one reply instead of four.

After you buy

Orders are placed at our retail partner, not here, so anything with an order number attached — payment, tracking, a late parcel, a return or a refund — is handled from that order in your account with them. We have no access to it, so writing to us about a parcel only adds a day. See shipping and returns.

What runs through the partner

Card charges, invoices, refund transfers, tracking and delivery scheduling all sit with the retail partner that took the order, inside your account with them. We cannot look an order up, reverse a charge, open a trace or reroute a van from here.
