Returns & Exchanges

A size that missed, a color that reads differently in daylight, a seam that gave. The return runs where the sale happened.

Who handles the return

Because the sale, the payment and the parcel all belong to our retail partner, the return does too. We never receive your money and never receive your parcel, so we cannot issue a refund, send a label or hold a replacement size. Open the return from the order itself, inside your account with the partner — that is the only route that ends in a refund.

The 30-day window

Their standard window is 30 days from delivery for most clothing, measured from delivery rather than from purchase. Some categories run longer, a few run shorter, and the exact terms sit on the order page you are returning from. Tags on and unworn is the usual condition: trying a top on over a bra to check the shoulder seam is exactly what the window is for, wearing it to a wedding is not. Swim-adjacent items such as rash guards need the hygiene liner intact.

How it works

  1. Open your account with the partner and find the order.
  2. Pick the reason and the outcome you want — refund or replacement.
  3. Use the label and drop-off options their return flow gives you, and keep the receipt until the money lands.
  4. The refund goes back to the method you paid with, on their timetable.

Exchanges

We cannot swap a medium for a large, because we never had the medium. In practice the fastest route is the one their flow offers: return the first top and order the size you actually want, rather than waiting for one transaction to close before the next begins. Which size to take is a question for us — before you buy.

Damaged or faulty

A dropped stitch, a seam that opened in the first wash, dye that transferred, a strap sewn short on one side. That is a claim under the partner’s buyer protection, filed from the order with photos attached, and it does not depend on our goodwill. Tell us as well if a fault repeats on a style — that is the kind of report that changes a pattern.

What we can do

Get the size right before the order exists, explain what a fabric does after three washes, and fix a listing on this site that is wrong. What we cannot do is touch an order that lives on someone else’s system.
